Sara had been in London for 2 years when I started working with her.  She left a successful property development company behind in the US and supported her husband in his career move to London.  Their family unit moved from 3 children at home to 1 based in the US, 1 at boarding school in the UK and 1 at home. It was a massive change for her both personally and professionally.
